Nylon Vs Polyester

A few years ago, any checkered flag was invariably released in polyester. Two sides printed, heavy, hard to get flown.

But in front of these old fashioned polyester flags, Nylon is more lighter and shining than polyester, requires minimum amount of wind to fly, and is more resistant than polyester to weather conditions. 

Since automotive and motorcycle flags are mainly designed to be flown at car or motorcycle races, nylon becomes the perfect fabric to make an automotive checkered flag and / or banner. 

Our flags and banners are made in 100% DuPont Nylon, 66 grs / square meter. One side printed, silk screen process, "see through" concept.

In the manufacturing process we apply a special UV Filter to avoid the flag being damaged for ultraviolet rays.

These are the reasons because ours are the longest durability nylon banners available.
