Return Policy

Despite we check closely any flag prior to ship, if any received flag or banner present remarkable defects as severe ink marks or misprint we will resend the item FOR FREE.

Conditions to get your free replacement are send to us a picture or scan of the defective item and send it back to us by regular airmail to our Buenos Aires main address.

We will ship the replacement for free once both of these conditions are satisfied by customer. We WILL NOT REPLACE items for any other reason different of the stated above.

We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNING ITEMS for some dislike. Our products are enough descript in each page to ensure that customers will receive EXACTLY what they paid for.
